Do you run a small business that you want to grow?  Do you have a great business idea?  Would you like feedback from peers and experts on how to improve and launch the idea?  Have you always wondered about some of the key steps in moving from an idea to a business?  Rodolfo will share his over 25 years of expertise on financing, launching, and building businesses including:

• Writing a short business plan
• Preparing a strategy
• Finding funding

This workshop is appropriate for all stages of ideas, from initial concepts to early stage businesses.  During this workshop attendees will share their business ideas with others and get feedback from the other participants and Rodolfo on how to improve their idea.
