Description

Organizational change at its essence is about changing individual and organizational attitudes and behaviors.  And, visual thinking can be a key enabler in the overall change process.  In this session we will explore how to incorporate visual thinking into the proven I-3 Change Implementation Model.  This model uses a combination of cognitive and behavioral approaches, with ongoing reinforcement, to embed the change into the organizational culture.  By addressing the requirements for information-awareness, involvement-engagement, and integration-commitment the possibilities for long-term success of any organizational change can be greatly enhanced.
