Organizational change is at its essence about changing people - one at a time and in groups, both large and small. Essential elements in any large-scale change process are therefore the abilities to powerfully create shared awareness and effectively enable long-term alignment. In this session we will explore how to use visual thinking and tools to ensure the success of any large-scale change process and specifically address the requirements for information leading to awareness, involvement leading to engagement, and integration leading to commitment.
