Background

Throughout her career Susi Watson has been a creative problem solver. She is passionate about bringing meaningful ideas to life. Susi started For Balance, LLC in 1998 with the goal of helping companies achieve a balance between customer and business needs while managing ever changing technology demands. Over the past 9 years she has led communication solutions at companies as diverse as Disney, MOCA, LA, Grace Cathedral and Cisco Systems.
