Brief Description

“The Grove” is more than a name. It’s a metaphor for our pioneering work in visual planning and organization change, which we’ve been seeding worldwide for more than 30 years. We believe people—and organizations—are more vital when working creatively with one another, as is common in nature. This core belief is the soil from which all our products, consulting and design processes grow.

Organic in their design and delivery, our tools and services are intended for adaptation, whether you need help leading an organizational process, communicating a critical message to your organization, or becoming an adept team leader.

Consulting and design services can guide you and your organization through critical processes of change and development.

Public and in-house training workshops help teach you skills for more effective facilitation, collaboration and leadership

Do-it-yourself products enable you with tools to lead group processes more effectively than ever before.

The Grove Collaborative Design Center is situated in the heart of one of the most exciting new-media communities in the world, overlooking the Golden Gate Bridge in the Presidio of San Francisco’s Thoreau Center for Sustainability. Located between George Lucas’ Letterman Digital Arts Center and the San Francisco Film Centre, it is from here that we bring people together to look to the future, visualize change and foster innovation through collaboration.

We understand and embrace change. Our local team of experts is tiny, but our tools are robust, our network of partners spans the globe and our appetite for co-creating a sustainable future with our clients never stops growing.
